§ 5.5.3 Not Filed For An Improper Purpose
The amendment carries forward the existing requirement that a pleading, motion, or other paper is "not being presented [formerly "interposed"] for any improper purpose, such as to harass, cause unnecessary delay, or needlessly increase the cost of litigation."
