§ 5.4.2 Burden of Proof

Unlike the former A.R.S. § 12-341.01(C), A.R.S. § 12-349 does not require clear and convincing evidence. Phoenix Newspapers, Inc. v. Department of Corrections,188 Ariz. 237, 934 P.2d 801 (App. 1997).
