§ 4.9 Notice of Suspension

Where defendant was allowed to see the police officer's written report, the police officer's field notes, and was given a pre-deprivation hearing, the fact that the notice of summary suspension given to defendant did not state the grounds for defendant's arrest, did not require a rescission of the summary suspension.
