§ 37.3.8.5 Injunctive Action. In addition to any other relief, an employee may seek injunctive relief as is otherwise available in civil cases. A.R.S. § 38-532(K).

§ 37.3.9 Grievances. Employees in covered service are able to file a grievance on a written reprimand or a suspension of 80 working hours or less (40 working hours or less for a full authority peace officer). A.A.C. R2-5B-402(A). Each state agency is responsible for creating the grievance procedure for the agency, subject to certain requirements listed in A.A.C. R2-5B-402 and 403.
