§ 37.3.4.4 Setting the Hearing. The personnel board must set a hearing within 30 days of receipt of the notice of appeal and must provide a copy of the notice of appeal to the respondent no later than 20 days before the date of the hearing. A.R.S. § 41-783(A); A.A.C. R2-5.1-103(G), 103(H). This notice requirement applies to any board meeting where an employee’s interests are finally determined. Johns v. Ariz. Dep’t of Econ. Sec., 169 Ariz. 75, 817 P.2d 20 (App. 1991).
