§ 37.2.6.1 Reporting and Investigation. Allopathic physicians, ArMA, county medical societies, and health care institutions have a duty to report information that tends to show that a physician is or may be subject to discipline. Any other person may report such evidence. A.R.S. § 32-1451(A).
