§ 37.2.6.2 Advisory Letter, Non-Disciplinary Order, Reprimand, Censure, Consent Agreement, and Probation. After the board completes an investigation and finds the matter is true, but not of sufficient seriousness to warrant disciplinary action against the physician’s license, it may issue an advisory letter or a non-disciplinary order. A.R.S. § 32-1451(E). An advisory letter is a non-disciplinary letter that advises a physician of the issue and that continued repetition of the conduct that led to the investigation may result in further board action. A.R.S. § 32-1401(3). The advisory letter is a public document. A.R.S. § 32-1451(L).
