§ 37.2.5 Issuance of Licenses. Before issuing a license, AMB has discretion to perform such investigation as it deems necessary to inform itself regarding the qualifications of the applicant. A.R.S. § 32-1422(B). If an AMB investigation reveals that the applicant engaged in conduct that would constitute unprofessional conduct, it must determine to its satisfaction that the conduct has been corrected, monitored, and resolved (or, if unresolved, it must determine that mitigating factors prevent its resolution) before issuing a license.
