§ 36.3.6.5 Parties On Review.See A.R.S. § 12-908 and The Administrative Review Act and The Administrative Procedure Act § 31.3.2.1. Appeals to the superior court from decisions of the commissioner not concerning classification or appraisal matters are taken as provided by the OAH. A.R.S. § 41-1092.08. Appeals to the superior court from decisions of the board of appeals may be taken by the commissioner or by “any person adversely affected by the decision.” A.R.S. §§ 37-133(C), 37-214(C) and 37-215(E).
