§ 36.3.6.3 Commencing the Superior Court Review Process. Appeals from final decisions of the board of appeals and the commissioner to the superior court are commenced as provided in A.R.S. § 41-1092.08. A notice of appeal seeking review of a decision must be filed within 35 days from the service of the decision. A.R.S. § 12-904(A).
