§ 35-10 Wrongful Death - Loss of Society
In your consideration of damages, if any, for the alleged wrongful death of the decedent, you may consider what amount, if any, the minor children of the decedent are entitled to recover for the loss of the decedent's nurture, guidance and training. Furthermore, in your consideration of damages for wrongful death, you may award damages for the surviving spouse's loss of the decedent's companionship and comfort.
