§ 3.6 ADVERSE IMMIGRATION CONSEQUENCES FOR U.S. CITIZENS

Although the majority of convictions have adverse immigration consequences only for noncitizens, certain convictions also have adverse immigration consequences for U.S. citizens who wish to petition for a foreign spouse or child to immigrate to the United States.
