§ 28-30 Motor Vehicles - Motorcycles
Section 56-5-3610 of the South Carolina Code reads in relevant part: "Every person operating a motorcycle [is] granted all of the rights and [is] subject to all of the duties applicable to the drivers of motor vehicles."
