§ 27.6.4.2 Appeals To the Board In Transaction Privilege Tax Cases. To be appealed to the board of tax appeals, a transaction privilege tax case must first be decided by the OAH. A.R.S. § 41-1092.02(C)(2) provides that a final decision of this agency regarding taxes administered by the department under Title 42 may be appealed by the taxpayer to the board of tax appeals under A.R.S. § 42-1253.
