§ 27.5.1.4 Appeals To the State Board. There are two kinds of property tax appeals to the board of equalization. By far the most common is an appeal that is a continuation of administrative review of the department's or the Maricopa or Pima county assessor's determination of valuation. The second is an appeal of an equalization order issued by the department. A.R.S. § 42-16159.
