§ 27.4.5 Publication and Distribution of Tax Court and Other Tax Decisions. To enhance the available case law on Arizona state and local taxation, the tax court may direct the publication of nonproperty tax decisions that it finds to be "of general public interest." A.R.S. § 12-171.
