§ 26-10 Malicious Prosecution - Specific Charge on Damages

In a malicious prosecution case, the plaintiff may recover actual damages for all injuries which are naturally the proximate result of the alleged wrongful conduct of the defendant. They include in this case as proper elements thereof, if established by the preponderance of the evidence:

(1) loss of time;
(2) deprivation of liberty;
(3) bodily pain;
