§ 23.5.2 Defective Bond. Within 14 calendar days, or 5 calendar days in forcible entry and special detainer cases, any party may file objections to the bond. SCRAP-Civ. 6(b)(2). The objections must specify the reasons for which the party claims that the bond is erroneous, defective or insufficient, or that the surety is insufficient. Id. See Form 23:5. All errors, defects or insufficiencies in the cost bond not specified in the objections are waived. Id.
