§ 21.21 TERMINATION OF RECEIVERSHIP

§ 21.21-1 Receiverships under State Law

On completion of the receiver's duties, or liquidation and distribution of all the property of the estate, or other good cause, the receivership can be terminated. ORS 37.410(1), (5). A receivership may only be terminated after motion and court order. ORCP 80 B; ORS 37.180(1)(h); ORS 37.410(1).
