§ 21.15 CLAIMS AGAINST THE RECEIVER AND PROTECTION OF RECEIVER

§ 21.15-1 Actions by or against a Receiver

A person may not bring an action against a receiver for an act or omission in administering estate property, or an action to dispossess the receiver of any estate property or interfere with the receiver's activities, without leave of the court that appointed the receiver. ORS 37.290(1)-(2); Barton v. Barbour, 104 US 126, 129, 26 L Ed 672 (1881); Thompson v. Holladay, 15 Or 34, 53-54, 14 P 725 (1887).
