E. [§ 11.6] Causation, Damages, and Statute of Limitations

"A person whose business or property has been injured or threatened with injury by a violation of § 11-204 may maintain an action for damages or for an injunction or both against any person who has committed the violation." Com. Law II § 11-209(b)(2)(i). In addition, treble damages are available for violations of § 11-204. Id. § 11-209(b)(4).
