§ 11.2.7 Costs On Appeal. A statement of costs “must itemize taxable costs. The cost of preparing paper briefs must not exceed the sum of two dollars per page.” ARCAP 21(b)(3). The pre-2015 version of this rule (ARCAP 21(d) (2014)) made distinctions based on whether briefs were typed or carbon copied. The 2015 amendments eliminated any such distinctions, likely viewing them as obsolete.
