§ 11.2.5.1 Contingent Fee Cases. ARCAP 21(b)(2)(E) requires a fee application to state “[w]hether the fee is fixed or contingent.” Evidence supporting the reasonableness of the requested fees particularly is required when contingent fee arrangements exist.
