§ 10.7 Costs on Appeal

Under A.R.S. § 12-341, a successful party to a civil action, including an appeal, shall recover all costs expended or incurred, contingent upon compliance with Ariz. R. Civ. App. P. 21. See generally Flynn v. Campbell, 240 Ariz. 265, 269, ¶ 20, 378 P.3d 441, 446 (App. 2016).
