§ 10.7.2 Protecting Third-Party Interests
Assuming the existence of a known third-party interest, pursuant to E.R. 1.15(d) attorneys have an obligation to "promptly notify" a third party who has the interest in funds received by the attorney and to "promptly deliver" to the third party "any funds" the third party "is entitled to receive."
