§ 10.6 Types of Appellate Services Recoverable
Under Schweiger, the successful party on appeal is entitled to recover a reasonable attorneys' fee for every item of service which, at the time rendered, would have been undertaken by a reasonable lawyer to advance or protect the client's interest.
