§ 10.3.4 The Scheduling Conference. The notice of appeal in an expedited election matter must be accompanied by a written request for the appellate court to set an initial scheduling conference to determine the schedule for the expedited proceedings. See ARCAP 10(g). The parties must be prepared to address the following topics at the scheduling conference:
