§ 1.7.6 Non-Corporate and Public Sector Employee Indemnification. There are of course other forms of business entities that are not corporations. There are also public sector employees who are employed by the state or a political subdivision of the state. The statutory provisions discussed above, however, apply only to corporations.⁶⁴
