§ 1-25 Time of Deliberations

Members of the jury, do not begin your discussions at this point. Under the law, I am required to let these lawyers discuss legal matters with the court in your absence. I am required to let them object to my charge. The attorneys may bring legal issues to my attention. I may bring you back out. Do not begin discussing this case in any form or fashion until I instruct you to begin your deliberations.
