§ 1-22 Stipulations

A stipulation is an agreement, admission or concession made in judicial proceedings by the parties thereto or their attorneys. Stipulations are binding upon those who make them. A stipulation is an agreement, an understanding. The court and jury must accept stipulations as binding upon the parties.
