§ 1.1 INTRODUCTION

This chapter addresses four major topics regarding the treatment of foreign nationals under Oregon law. In § 1.2-1 to § 1.2-3(b), the chapter discusses driver license requirements in the state and how these requirements relate to foreign nationals who wish to drive or obtain a license in Oregon.
