The U.S. Supreme Court will not hear the case of a group of black shoppers who say Dillard's employees subjected them to racial discrimination.

In an order issued Monday without comment, the court denied a review of an 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision earlier this year that dismissed the shoppers' lawsuit.
