The FDA website also has subsections for Drugs and Medical Devices (MedWatch) in which notifications about recalled medical products are posted. You can subscribe for automatic notifications of labeling, recalls and similar information through this site. Manufacturer and User Facility Device Experience Database (MAUDE) contains a variety of voluntary reports from facilities, distributors and manufacturers dating back to 1991.
