With disability benefits barely enough to keep a beneficiary above poverty levels, the personal-finance website WalletHub conducted an analysis of the Best & Worst Cities for People with Disabilities. In order to ease the process of finding the best place to live while managing a disability, analysts compared the 150 most-populated U.S. cities across 25 key metrics, including "number of physicians per capita" to "rate of employed people with disabilities" to "park accessibility."

The best cities, starting at No. 1, are Overland Park, Kan.; Scottsdale, Ariz.; Lincoln, Neb.; Gilbert, Ariz.; Peoria, Ariz.; Huntington Beach, Calif.; Honolulu, Hawaii; Irvine, Calif.; Oklahoma City, Okla.; and Chandler, Ariz.

The 10 worst cities, beginning at the bottom, are Worcester, Mass.; Anchorage, Alaska; Providence, R.I.; Rochester, N.Y.; Buffalo, N.Y.; Memphis, Tenn.; Newark, N.J.; Jersey City, N.J.; Norfolk, Va.; and Winston-Salem, N.C.
