St. Louis Sheriff James Murphy tolerated a racially hostile work environment, a St. Louis jury said Friday afternoon.
The jury awarded $25,000 to Sheriff Deputy Pat Hill and to $125,000 to former Deputy Jacques Hughes on their hostile work environment claim. Murphy is liable for punitive damages to both men for the hostile work environment claim.See the full content of this document
