A Missouri tax attorney who allegedly set up clients' tax schemes that cost the U.S. millions in lost tax revenue won't be setting them up anymore.
Federal court in Kansas City entered a civil injunction against A. Blair Stover Jr., of accounting firm Kruse Mennillo in Kansas City, on Monday. According to Judge Ortrie D. Smith's order, Stover is specifically barred from promoting three types of arrangements in which business owners form multiple entities and improperly transfer assets between them to avoid paying taxes.See the full content of this document
