Summary
A bowling alley that served alcohol to an intoxicated customer who later jumped off a bridge to avoid arrest can be sued, the Minnesota Supreme Court has ruled in reversing a summary judgment. The bowling alley served drinks to the customer until early in the morning. He drove away and was pursued and stopped by a police officer at a bridge. He then jumped to his death.
