An auto accident defendant may introduce photos showing minimal damage to the plaintiff's car for the purpose of rebutting the plaintiff's claims about the extent of his injuries, Maryland's highest court has ruled.

While changing lanes, a vehicle struck a car from behind, causing it to strike a third car twice from behind. The driver of the car struck twice sued the car that changed lanes, alleging that she was injured.
