AICPA launches leadership academy to develop profession's future leaders.

Twenty-eight CPAs under the age of 35 from around the U.S. gathered for three days for the inaugural AICPA Leadership Academy early last month. The Institute selected the participants from more than 100 candidates sponsored by their employers, state CPA societies or both, and all were personally approved by Institute's Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ernie Almonte.
