Keeping it simple helps me keep my attorney-clients happy.

I've been successful in retaining my attorney-clients by following one of Vickie's basic rules: Keep things simple. Vickie's adage sometimes enters my mind when I start making things too complicated for me or my attorney-clients. This thought helps me to do just that--keep things simple, as I build solid relationships with my clients.

The keys to building solid relationships are listening, learning and offering a consistent level of quality service. I believe all those factors are the main ingredients of my CLNC[R] success. If you have a good relationship with your clients, they will return to you with more cases. They will also offer you more challenging assignments that require more of your CLNC[R] services.

As my CLNC[R] experience has grown, I'm able to serve my attorney-clients better. This has allowed my CLNC[R] practice to expand and evolve.

After working up a medical malpractice or personal injury case, I sometimes go to court with my attorney-client during trial. I provide input on graphics and other demonstrative evidence the attorney can use in court. I assist with selecting the jury, developing questions for medical experts or helping the medical experts while they are in court.

As Vickie teaches, I retie those connections to keep relationships with my attorney-clients strong. If I haven't heard from a client in a few months, I contact him either by email, phone or handwritten note. My efforts to stay in touch are always welcomed.

Getting to this point in a relationship does take time and trust--and continued top quality, timely service. It's as simple as that. Here are some of the simple things I do to provide quality service to my clients: I return phone calls within 24 hours.
