Some condemned property owners in Arnold have not received a significant increase after challenging the amount determined appropriate by court-appointed commissioners.
In one case, City of Arnold v. Susan Shiner, the parties reached a settlement amount on April 7, prior to trial. Shiner had been displaced by the Arnold Commons project, at the intersection of Interstate 55, Highway 141 and Church Road.
