Desktop publishing and presentation graphics software are useful for many functions of an accounting firm, including making interesting and easily understandable presentations, colorful promotional brochures and service proposals containing noticeable graphics. The long term cost is much less than using a print shop and, if the office is already automated, many computers can be upgraded or peripherals added at even lower cost. The use of graphics software increases the understandability, credibility and interest of accounting presentations.
