A court has declined to grant a temporary restraining order to a group pushing a ballot measure to make all Missouri judges directly elected.
ShowMe Better Courts, led by James Harris, filed suit seeking a TRO against Missourians for Fair and Impartial Courts, which backs the current method of judicial appointment, known as the Nonpartisan Court Plan.
