Suspended attorney Eric T. Tolen has been sued for more than $10 million by two of the boys he was convicted of molesting.

Plaintiffs "C.W." and "J.B." filed their assault and battery lawsuit against Tolen on Friday in St. Louis County Circuit Court. Both C.W. and J.B., who were minors at the time of the incidents, are now 18.
