A school board is not liable for the injuries of a parent who slipped and fell on school property while picking up her son from an after-school program, the Connecticut Supreme Court has ruled in affirming a trial court.

The plaintiff arrived at the school attended by her six-year-old son, and when she exited the building she slipped on a puddle of water, sustaining several injuries.
