A "last chance" agreement signed by an allegedly insubordinate employee doesn't prevent him from later suing for retaliatory discharge, the 6th Circuit has ruled in reversing a summary judgment. The plaintiff worked for General Electric. The company fired him for allegedly being insubordinate with his supervisors.
