The Economic Development Center of St. Charles County in January will open its 16-month Graduate School of Entrepreneurship to the general public.

Each monthly class lasts three hours. The first class is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m., Jan. 20, at the EDC, 5988 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters. Class topics will include business-plan creation, site selection, explanations of financial statements, marketing plans and human resource issues.
