A former Northeast Ambulance & Fire Protection District board director who has argued that he was improperly removed from his position scored a win Tuesday in the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District.
The district's board "passed a resolution purporting to remove Lee as director" in July 2009, according to court documents. Lee then filed a motion to dismiss a petition for his removal but was denied by St. Louis County Circuit Judge Michael Jamison.See the full content of this document
