The Legislature gave final approval today to a "job-saving measure" that would reverse a state Supreme Court decision.
The bill allows companies that resell items to tax-exempt entities to claim the same sales tax exemption. A decision last year by the Missouri Supreme Court, ICC Management, Inc. v.
