TBA BankPac and TBA effectively coordinate their respective efforts by actively participating in political campaigns and maintaining an effective lobbying effort. Contributions to TBA BankPac enable Texas bankers and TBA staff to have direct contact with legislators by providing them with the funds to make contributions to candidates and to participate in sponsoring and attending political events where BankPac money is directed toward targeted campaigns. Bankers must participate in the political process -- through TBA BankPac.
